The Division of Pediatric Surgery at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) and the Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of the University of Southern California (USC) are actively seeking an outstanding pediatric surgeon for a full-time faculty member position. We are seeking fellowship-trained applicants in pediatric surgery who are board-eligible in Pediatric Surgery to lead our pediatric surgical oncology program and lead our pediatric surgery fellowship program. The position will include a faculty rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, commensurate with level of experience.
Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is the largest pediatric oncology program of its kind in the Western United States. CHLA is a dynamic and collaborative research environment, and the Division of Pediatric Surgery has opportunities for impact and growth locally, nationally, and internationally.

The annual base salary range for this position is $435,000-$612,116. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
