CRM Analysts II are responsible to work closely with the various enterprise stakeholders at Keck Medicine of USC to understand requirements, build the appropriate solution, and organize the build and implementation of the solution utilizing the full Salesforce platform including Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The Analyst II will partner with development teams and will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce. Provide deep analysis and diagnosis of Salesforce application errors, problem resolution in both the long- and short-term design and development of existing and new widgets, road testing, and implementation of new applications.
Essential Duties:
• Responds to applications system problems and makes necessary corrections and/or modifications to resolve problems
• Documents program code, job processes and program modifications. Used Agile Scrum Methodology to ensure high quality software delivery on project deadlines
• Working knowledge of industry best practices, conventions, and regulations
• Responds to applications system problems and makes necessary corrections and/or modifications to resolve problems
• Participated in design, code reviews and updated the document with unit testing results of application.
• Leads work efforts using planning skills to manage and complete work efforts on time and work with all relevant parties on the deployment of applications to the live site.
• Trains staff
• Provide production support for the applications, including participation in a 24×7 on-call support rotation
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Experience/Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2 years CRM IS
• Back-end Coding
• Application Development Platforms: Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, PRM, CDP. MuleSoft, HL7. Gearset
• Programming Languages: Apex, Lightning, JavaScript, JSON, FHIR
Required License/Certification:
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date. (Required within LA City only)
The annual base salary range for this position is $81,120.00 – $133,010.00.
