Chief Quality, Patient Safety and Outcomes Management – Hospital Admin – Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-Union) – (Los Angeles, California, United States)

The Chief of Quality and Patient Safety is a key executive role responsible for championing clinical quality, patient safety, and high reliability across Keck Medical Center of USC. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will drive quality improvement initiatives, oversee regulatory and accreditation compliance, and support medical staff performance reviews. The Chief will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer for KMC and other key hospital leadership and clinical teams to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction, including the oversight of transfusion-free services.Essential Duties:Strategic Leadership: • Develop and implement organization-wide strategies for quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical performance, including transfusion-free practices. Pediatric trauma experience with significant, however the majority of operative cases are elective with pediatric orthopaedic problems ranging from simple to complex. This fellowship provides the Fellow with immense academic and clinical experience in diagnosis and management of children with a wide variety of pediatric orthopaedic conditions.  Our program accepts no more than three Fellows annually in order to optimize the Fellow’s experience during the year and to maximize their research and mentoring opportunities. Support Coordinator – PMOB Cardiovascular Institute Clinic – Full Time 8 Hour Days (Non-Exempt) (Non-Union) – (Pasadena, California, United States)

The Support Coordinator will assist with all aspects of patient care. Coordinate clinic schedules, patient appointments and follow up. Answers patient phone calls, verify insurance benefits, prepare charts for clinic and prepare charge tickets for clinic visits.
